I like the small town shop feel I get at FCM. When I pull in they know my name, car history and provide options with understanding that car expenses take time to plan for. The waiting lobby is nice and all staff friendly.

I was dealing with Shanna M for my service appointment last week, and she was so helpful throughout all of it -- from checking in my car to leaving. I went in for my annual service, and did need some additional work completed, and Shanna did an excellent job of explaining why. She was super pleasant through every interaction, and so awesome to deal with!

I was in the area today and stopped by Forest City Mazda to get a battery replacement for my car key. When I showed up the parts department was literally about to close but still asked what I needed. I said it wasn't urgent but the gentleman who helped me (Eric) insisted on replacing my key's battery. As he was replacing the battery, my key fell apart due to some damage from the key falling in the past. He ended up staying open 15 minutes past closing time to fix my key, put a new battery in and make sure the key/remote worked perfectly before closing up. He didn't charge me for the battery or for anything. Eric is the definition of exceptional customer service and I'm very happy to have met him (and sorry for keeping him past his shift!). I would give 10 stars if I could.

I just purchased a 2015 Mazda 3 with the help of Tiffany. She is a very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful person. She made the whole process of buying a pre-owned Mazda very pleasant. I would highly recommend Forest City Mazda for your next car purchase and definitely ask for Tiffany!! Love driving my Zoom,Zoom!
