I am impressed with this dealership. They give me a good price breakdown, the person I talked to in their parts department (Eric) was unbelievably helpfully, going out of his way to make sure I paid a good price. I have quotes from other dealerships so I know that for a fact, and I appreciate the effort from all people and aspects of the garage.

Recall notice repair was completed professionally and with excellent customer service!

Thank you to Forest City Mazda for quickly arranging for the required part to complete the recall repair. I didn't have to be in a rental car long at all and I appreciate that! Service Manager Paul Dixon told me when the repair would be done and there were no delays! My mazda6 is 10 years old now, she's a great car and is in such good condition because any and all service has been done at Forest City Mazda.
