I rarely write a review for good experiences but i simply had to show my appreciation for this company. I’ve been looking for months for a perfect midsized sedan with the pickiest of people “my uncle” and we finally landed at Forest City Mazda and it was the best move we could have done. An employee named Samir heard us out and attentively listened to every wish my uncle had in his dream vehicle. Samir made us feel at home the entire visit therefore I must recommend Forest City Mazda to everyone. Mazda did themselves a favour hiring this man!

Mazda has earned a customer for life! I brought my father in to look at a few different vehicles as he doesn’t speak English too well. We were greated with a smile and unmatched charisma from your sales representative Samir Osman. He showed us all our different options and explained the benefits of each car in great detail. It’s people like him who are real difference makers in the success of a business. It all starts with your interactions with your customers, and that is something Samir really takes seriously. He made us feel comfortable and like we were speaking with someone we’ve known for years. He is definitely a top asset for your establishment and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to visit forest city Mazda for our next family vehicle!
