Emelio is quite an impressive 26 yr old Sales rep. Great knowledge of cars new and old. Reads customers well and definitely got me into the right vehicle for needs..Though the Red 2021 Mazda they had on the lot was not what thought I wanted. It:s definately what I needed. And after driving it a coup days, it's amazing. As for Emilio and the rest of the team. Were great supportive people working hard to get good trade value on the Deathtrap I turned in for trade. They their best. I found it acceptable compromise. The finance team worked tirelessly to ensure financing came through,esp Ruin. He is magic. And the extra warranty added to the package to me over the moon. It"s always nice to have reasonable added insurance . That did alot for my peace of mind..Just great great team. They took the time after hours to finish the deal and get me plated. I really appreciated that. Since as a Corporate controller missing another day of work would have been a disaster.. Thank SMP. Recently had a service appointment gone wrong with another Chevrolet dealership where Rebecca Friesen with SMP Service Department went above and beyond to help me. I purchased a 2024 Chevrolet SUV which had a recall and software issues causing some error codes/check engine light. I called SMP and talked to Rebecca who immediately got everything taken care of. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly same day and quickly. I can’t thank Rebecca enough for the VIP service and I will 10/10 be calling her for every service appointment in the future!
