My overall experience with South Trail Chrysler Service was spectacular. All of my concerns were addressed and I was well informed of what was going on with my vehicle. Excellent customer service above and beyond expectation, would highly recommend!

The experience did not fit the stereotypical “car salesman” frame. I was shown what I wanted, was not pressured, and was treated with respect. More importantly, my family was too. In return I only hope that I was not the typical buyer that fights for the best price at an inconvenience to you. I feel it is a win-win situation for both parties. I hope that the experience is carried into the servicing aspect of things. I have no doubt that it will.

Went in for my first service. Jen was my tech and she was awesome. Cared about getting me in an out ASAP and making sure the car was taken care of.

First and foremost I had the pleasure of dealing with Trevor from the service department. Trevor represents everything a business looks for in a great employee. Honesty, dedication, drive, and that common bond we all wish everyone had! I needed a new radiator installed in my wrangler due to a bad leak. He got me in the shop the next day. Few hours later & the jeep was ready. While it was in there he fixed a recall that I was unaware of & even did an engine shampoo! I honestly felt exceptionally taken care of. My wife & I are now in the process of buying a 2018 Ram 1500 from them. South Trail really deserves 10 stars! Appreciate the honestly & great work guys/gals.
