Recommended work carried out. Transmission and power steering serviced. During the work a part that was not to fail did and was done as a good will gesture. Took longer than expected but had use of a courtesy car.

We were looking to purchase a Pacifica. Even though the negotiation didn't worked out. The representative was knowledgeable, and didn't mind that the sale didn't go through. He was genuine and professional. I was also very surprised by the size of the dealership. The place is like a wonderland for a family to hang out while waiting for their cars to be serviced. They have a sport lounge, kids zone, and everything. I am pretty impressed.

Brake pads check is included within the free 27 points check. They charge me 77$ and no report of the 27 points check was provided Recharging AC with 3 packs of refrigerants, they charged for 1.5hrs labour for a job is max 45min for a total of 254$ They proposed to replace rear brake pads&rotors for 666$. The car is less than 80k km does not require a rotor change may be put it the rotors on machine is all is needed. Their price is way over the average even with comparison with other dealerships ( not even mechanic shops) Since my wife has no experience with car mechanic, they took advantage of that Last time I will deal with them, I will NOT recommend them

Hello, I dropped off my car at 8:30 am (Oil change and Electrical inspection) and required it back by 2 pm because I have to pick up my children from school. I had to call back at 1:15 to remember the service of my requirement and asked for pick up. 1:45 pm no call back or pick up. I had to take my bike under the rain. I finally got my car at 2:15 pm. This is the last time I am taking your service. Thanks Moulay

Oil change and tire rotation. Waited in the dealership for the service to be done. Finished in less than an hour.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Brought my truck in for recall work, received a text from Jen the service advisor that the wash attendant scuffed my box side on a post on April 24/2018, it is now May 24/2018 and they are refusing to pay for damages. I have photos and a text message admitting fault and still had to put it through my insurance company to repair the damage. I can not upload them here but I am putting them on my facebook account and twitter and will have it shared around. I will never be back to this place of business after talking to the GM Mark Gacek. I will get my truck fixed, and hopefully this will keep the public informed of just how this new dealership treats the customer.
