Having just recently moved, I have had to switch dealerships for mechanical servicing done on my Ram 1500. This is a large dealership which seems to easily accommodate a relative quick turn around on any services, I especially like the drive up servicing options. However, the best part so far has to be the people. I have spoke with a few of people in service who were patient in answering my questions and most recently when I went to have some diagnostics done, which led to warranty work, Treavor went out of his way to make the process as pain free as possible. My service work will be done here from now on!

Oil service. No appointment required. Full check of my vehicle and recommendations given. Complimentary car wash and promo wipers. Comfortable lounge area while I waited.

Cam and Bruce made trading in my old RAM 1500 super easy and found the exact truck I was looking for (down to the very last detail). They are also super genuine guys and made the overall experience very enjoyable!

We came in knowing what vehicle we were interested in based on online information. It turned out the vehicle was still undergoing inspection and was not ready for a test drive. We came back an hour later to drive. Terrance was a fun guy who helped keep a light atmosphere.

This service was handle very well At this time. This does bring back & still will of lost or misplace storage of seasonal tires on rims. I think service document notes are not described in work order fully to the advantage of your system, if it was then I would not be blaming lost of rims & vs versa. I do worry every time I get service done, but most of them are very good. Due to the location it’s easier to get service there done then other Dealers. I have had my company reach out serval times to me to switch due to major issues of charges & misplace of things. I hope to continue to keep going there & getting more positive, easy thoughts every service.

Purchased the vehicle less then 30 days ago. Had a great sales experience with Brandon MacArthur. Purchased an extended comprehensive bumper to bumper warranty. Last week I noticed the rear driver's side body wheel panel starting to come off. Made an appointment for service and after the vehicle was looked at nobody is willing to cover the $400 cost to fix the issue. Not service in general under warranty work, not used vehicle manager. First service experience, very poor.
