I brought my CX5 in recently for an oil change,, etc. - everything from beginning (setting up the appointment) to the end (courtesy car wash) was excellent - completely satisfied - no problems to report.

car received body work on lift gate to repair some rust spots under warranty and car was available for pick up on 5th day as was explained. interior of the car was also cleaned to our pleasure surprised
