Terrible service, every time you go in people are not willing to help you, Can't even get the basic information, if you don't want to sell a car that's fine just stop pushing us out or telling us to come few months down the road .. seriously dissappointed

Very disappointed in the service department. Car was diagnosed as needing a front wheel bearing. I was told they needed to order a part, which would take 2 days. Twelve days and 2 follow up phone calls later, found out the part had arrived. Who knows how long it sat there, without anyone calling me. Then I was told they could book me in for this repair 3 WEEKS later. Seriously?! This was a safety concern. I couldn't wait that long and took my business elsewhere. And guess what? The other, non-dealer automotive shop was able to diagnose the car, order and install the parts all the same day! For $80 less. I will not return to Mazda for any future repairs.
