Very helpful explained all my options was not pushy when I wanted to take my time and they worked very hard to get me exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay amazing sevice from Rod Elliot my sales rep and from the general manager and the finance department with Vince Lee

We were greeted by a Chrysler Canada rep, who made us feel welcome and who stayed with us until a salesman was available. Our salesman, Mark, was very knowledgable and professional in his dealings with us. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark and this dealership to others.

We went in to test drive with a plan to buy elsewhere because of previous experiences! Our salesman Mark Ammar was excellent, straight forward and alot of fun to deal with. Kept it light and stress free! I will go back, and I will buy my next vehicle from Mark and the crew at St.Albert Dodge!

Worst dealership ever. Staff is very unprofessional. They promise you what you want but when it comes time for it you are on you're own. Brandon is very unprofessional and treats customers like trash and they lost me and all my friends as customers.

In this particular circumstance nothing was promised to you that we are not honoring. The deal we’re honoring is from a year ago now, you purchased your Jeep May 30,2015. We have the written bill of sale that clearly states the deal included a matching spare wheel and tire plus a 1-way remote start. From our initial contact we have promised to honor your initial agreement. In fact, we have notes of numerous attempts trying to contact you to resolve this situation. Your request for us to now include a $1000 aftermarket spare tire carrier was never part of the agreement. Regards, Brandan Hebert

I received the worst customer service at St. Albert Dodge. Called multiple times to only get a message machine. Waited on hold for 10 minutes to TRY to book a service appointment. AVOID at all costs. Don't care about customers after the sale. Might be new ownership, but definitely still has a long way to go in regards to their customer service. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Stay away from this dealership. I was here 2yrs ago looking to purchase my very first truck. I was hoping to trade my 04 mini cooper s but they say it was too old and wont take it. So I walkaway and went to GoAuto dodge at 66st. They took my trade no question ask and got myself a brandnew 2014 1500ram longhorn with some incentives at a very low interest rate.
