I would like to thank South Trail Chrysler sales manager and the team. Long story short, Wrote a review a few days ago addressing my concerns about privacy because i received several calls from other car dealerships just a week after my visit there. It was surprising, these guys knew my address, DOB and car I wanted. So yesterday, I forgot his name (sales manager), nice gentleman... But yea he reached out to me, had a nice chat really. He assured me that South Trail Chrysler never disclose or trade any of their customer's information to other dealers or anyone. He explained to me in details on their customer's privacy policy and it's something South Trail Chrysler will never do (trading customer's info) Really impressed on the way he handled everything, we talked for like 15 minutes. It's amazing on how he took the time to reach out after hours, I thought that was awesome. So my apologies South Trail Chrysler for my previous review. Love what you guys do there, I'm not just saying that I mean look what we (me and my car) did in the picture for you guys last fall. Just something I do on the side (photography/videography). And that's the car I got from you guys last year by the way 😊

Nice new dealership conveniently located in SE Calgary. Service advisors are very knowledgeable and continue to provide me with excellent service in the repair and maintenance of my Ram 5500 Truck. My truck is my business and the service people have always been accommodating to help me get my truck back on the road as quickly as possible. Very nice waiting area to help pass the time when needed.
