Arranged 8:00 a.m. service appt as I had received a safety recall notice to replace passenger's front airbag inflator for my 2007 Honda Civic. initially dealt with Taylor on phone, very pleasant & was told that it would likely take no more than 1 hour! Upon arrival on day of my appt, I was pleasantly surprised to see several service advisors assisting customers. As promised, my car went into the shop at precisely 8 am (they even did a free multi-point inspection), and I was out of there within 1 hour. While waiting, I enjoyed complimentary coffee in their spacious & comfortable waiting area. There were several shuttle drivers on hand for those needing a ride. This service dept has improved drastically since I purchased my car in 2007 - in the past, I had previous issues with extremely long wait times for my car (even just for an oil/filter change), very poor & unorganized shuttle service & unsatisfactory resolution to my concerns so I had stopped using Palladino's service dept entirely after warranty expired & had my car serviced elsewhere. I am very happy with my Honda vehicle and, with the excellent service I experienced this week, I will now definitely consider purchasing another Honda in the future ... probably a Honda Pilot - I've read & heard so many positive comments & reviews about them!

My wife and I purchased a Honda Civic 2.0 Turbo and Toyota Corolla 2016 at the same time (August 2016). The Honda car has given us nothing but problems. From day one, we were always getting "lane departure", "mitigation error", and car not starting with remote control. We took it into the dealership and dealt with Wong who did a factory reset. However, that didn't resolve the issues. Finally, now when we brought it in, we were told that Honda has accidentally put on a wrong tire which was causing all these problems. No problem! We were happy the issues got resolved but as soon as I took the vehicle home, the starter would not work and now when you hit the brakes, it gives a "click" noise which wasn't the case prior to this. On the other hand, the Toyota Corolla has never given us a problem from day one and it was $7,000 cheaper than the Honda 2.0. We're just sad to see so much money go to waste on a brand new vehicle. Arrived at 12:20 for a 12:30 appointment. KAra was polite and professional, advising me that the techniciens were at lunch till 12:30... that the work would take 60 minutes...For this reason, I chose to wait...At 1:30, I am advised that the technicians are backed up and that the work onmy car will be started..I complained that I should have been advised of that fact an hour ago..."sorry" was the response...Had I been advised,I would have left and returned for 1:30....I ended up waiting 2 hours..wasted my afternoon, .....the work was finished by 2:30, given keys by indifferent tall counter man...no apologies...no "thanks for patience"...etc... will only return for recall work....
