I hadn’t financed a used vehicle for a number of years and remembered the hoops I had to jump through then. I dreaded doing it again but their process was so simple and smooth, I was amazed. My sales guy was Fehzaan. He wasn’t pushy, let me approach the deal at my own pace for my busy life and was there when I was ready. Highly recommend this guy.

I felt truly taken advantage of here. Jen the service adviser knew I was bringing my truck in for warranty work service. She took the warranty info at the beginning of the appt and said i would be responsible for the inspection cost- fine. I get a call after the inspection was paid for, that they don’t work with my warranty company and now I have to pay for somewhere else to do another inspection. Guest services called and asked about my experience, I told them how I’d wasted $140 and that I felt taken advantage of and was a money grab appt. No one called to rectify the situation or refund me. I am on maternity leave with no extra funds to waste right now. Absolutely distraught with how they handled this situation. Never working with their service department again and I was scammed $140.

Hey Megan, we are sorry you didn't have a 5 star experience with us. Though after speaking with Jenn and our service manager we did everything we absolutely could to help. As you said, the inspection fee would have to be paid no matter where you took your vehicle. After we found out that your warranty company would not allow us to do the work we found all of the info for you. We provided you with a detailed list of everything that should be fixed, which of those issues would be covered by your warranty and which would not, where to take it to have it completed and gave you the detailed inspection to take with you. All you had to do was request the approved shop to do the work that would be covered, there is no need to pay for an additional inspection as it was already completed. We even found a dangerous situation with a missing nut and installed it so you wouldn't potentially have an accident while driving. In no way were you "scammed" out of anything. We performed the work which was paid for and obtained detailed information from your warranty company for you about exactly what would be covered. All in an effort to make it as easy as possible for you to have it completed, even though it couldn't be done at our dealership. I've been coming here since 2017. When I bought my first Durango. Which came with dealership issues! Bought from Canmore never ever will I go back there. Now I've gotten a new to me Durango this year in Cochrane again will never go back there. I deal with Treavor in service. Because of this man alone!!!!! I will forever be going to South Trail! When I decide to buy my brand new vehicle I will be going here. Treavor thank you so much for just being you! Thank you for telling me bluntly when there's an issue. Thank you for never hiding behind lies. You truly are the best person to have on my side when dealing with the warranty issues. And all the other dealership issues I've had. Thank you for taking the time to listen to me scream and cry and still taking my calls at the end of the day when I know you probably should have hung up. I'm forever in your debt!

Hailey was a delight to deal with. She knows her vehicle specs and isn't high pressure. She walked us through the Ram truck that interested us in detail. We would definitely deal with Hailey again. Everyone else at the dealership was great. Very easy purchase ! 5 stars from me !

Just another stealership. Bought a pre-owned truck, when driving home with it, notice AC didn't work. Sent an email to them right away and never heard back until I brought up more problems I was having and yet still no apology or offer to help. So far have dumped over 4k in to service for a truck the was signed off as good mechanical shape, with a delayed report, should have known better. I'd recommend another dealership or taking any of their pre-owned vehicles to a trusted mechanic for inspections before signing the line.

It is with a heavy heart that I come here to post this. I gave this dealership a call this morning and briefly explained that: - I had a Jeep Wrangler JL 2021 - 41000 - That I wanted to get the regular maintenance for 3200 and 42000 as recommended in the vehicle user manual. The lady from the service center that answered the call ignored my remarks about all the items that should be done as part of that maintenance and kept saying that the only thing needed was an oil change. I'm just speechless... How can you have someone as your service advisor that has no idea of how a Jeep Wrangler maintenance schedule works ? and on top of that ignore the customer completely when he is exactly trying to explain the service that he needs you to do and will pay for it. Needless to say that I won't trust this place again. If they do this with someone that is well versed in vehicle maintenance, I can only imagine what they would do with someone that has no idea about it.

Hello Diego, we are sorry you didn't have a 5 star experience. After speaking with service and looking at the Jeep maintenance schedule, indeed an oil change is the only "required" service. Now there are many other inspections that take place at both 32k and 48k km's. Those inspections are of course part of the service.
