We bought a used vehicle from South Trail for our daughter. One month after purchase the engine was shot. There was no way we could afford to replace the motor and I expected a huge fight from the dealership. What I received was the exact opposite! The efforts that this dealership went through to help get an engine replacement was remarkable. You would not know we were first time customers by the way we were treated. Jed in the service department deserves a huge pat on the back. Due to his consistent care and attention, we will definitely be going back to this dealership the next time we are looking for a vehicle. Thanks you from the bottom of our hearts, Jed and South Trail.

A few days ago we got a car at South trail Chrysler, Fez and Shawn were extremely helpful and professional. Fez helped us to find the car we wanted, and Shawn was awesome at dealing with financial side of the deal. Best experience ever, highly recommended

I have dealt with the service team for almost 10 years now and I have always dealt with Trevor. He has always gone above and beyond for me and my wife. For instance, few years ago my wife got into an accident and we needed a front end part replaced asap. I called Trevor directly and he got us in right away to get our jeep fixed and back on the road the same day! I have always gone to Trevor for all my service needs as I know he will get me in soon as he can, and if they're are any issues along the way he has always called me to inform me what's going on. Highly recommend Trevor for your service advisor!

I've bought a used vehicle with them quite a few years ago and loved the customer service as well as making the experience very enjoyable even though I did not buy a mopar brand. The salesman at the time did his studies and knew ins and outs of the vehicle when I went for test drive and even more due delivery day. Fast forward to today, I have a dodge now and bring it here for service work and warranty. Hands down best service ever along with very smooth ride planning wether it is their shuttle driving me or them scheduling an uber for my ride.

Had a great experience with the service team at Southtrail CDJR! I had a critical time line I needed my Ram done by and they pulled it off even sooner then I thought. Thank you Treavor Schlosser! Any short comings were made up by his customers service relation. Would highly recommend this service department.
