The experience was exceptional start to finish - everyone at the dealership were incredibly welcoming and attentive. From the moment we walked into the showroom, I was greeted with warm smiles and honest interest in helping with the purchase of my car from all staff. We never felt pressured into any decisions and were well informed of all options. Please avoid this place at any cost , mostly the a hole parts guys over charging and lieing to you and than blaming others to the rude salesman. Go anywhere else and save a headache.

My husband Michael and me just recently got the 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 from Southtrail Chrysler with Mr. JASON SCOTT our sales executive. Jason is so helpful to us. He is knowledgeable and friendly guy. Whatever questions we asked regarding the truck that we are interested in, he willingly and patiently answer all those questions. Same as Mr. NAIRN FONS the finance manager. My application for car financing was so fast. Both of them gave an excellent customer service. I highly recommend this two guy whenever you visit Southtrail Chrysler.
