I dealt with Jenn in the service department. I was there early in the morning and she was so kind and bubbly. I love when she is there when I come in as she always has a smile on her face and goes above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need. From parts to routine she is the reason I use south trail.

The experience was exceptional start to finish - everyone at the dealership were incredibly welcoming and attentive.I never felt pressured into any decisions and was well informed of all options. I took my truck here to fix an issue in my truck, i was quoted a new engine at 11k for a cylinder misfire. I took it for a second opinion and the issue was resolved because i took it to a mechanic that actually cares. I will not take any vehicle to a dealership again, initially I thought it would be the best place to go, and it turned out to be quite opposite.
