Complicated to rate this one. Treavor from the service centre is the best service advisor you will ever find. But their sales tactics are archaic almost designed to wear you down until you just give in. And sales will call you and say "we can get you into something new and keep your payments the same" without looking into what you are paying. Service I would give 5 stars. Sales I would give 2. Edit: I can't reply to the dealer's comments so I am responding to their email with proof that they very much do not follow through on promises.

Ryan was extremely helpful and accomodating with the purchase of my 2022 RAM 1500, i would recomend south trail chrysler to anyone looking for their next vehicle. Ryan and other staff were very patient as i changed my mind quite a few times, he was willing to show me multiple vehicles and helped me get a price that worked for me. This was probably my most positive experience purchasing a vehicle. Thanks Ryan and team at south trail chrysler!

This dealership is clean, organized and the people running the show are all professionals. Both my wife and I found our experience very relaxed and we were given fantastic information from our sales professional Lee about the vehicles we had interest in from this dealer. We were given all the information and tools from them to make a informed decision which resulted in our purchase of a new Truck.
