I bought a grand Cherokee with low mileage 2 years old, as soon as I drove it out of the dealership the screen was acting weird and some apps were not loading (the problem comes and goes). Although I bought the extended warranty I have to pay for a software upgrade (and somehow it's two hours of labor)

We recently purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee at South Trail Chrysler with Shawn Turner as our sales executive. Shawn made the purchasing experience fun and easy. With a relaxed environment and customer service focused attitude, I would highly recommend seeing Mr. Turner. Thanks again to everyone at South Trail. We love our new Jeep!

I was recently in the market to buy a jeep wrangler, after salesman Cory Tanner had showed me a few Jeeps I was hesitant to commit because I hated the chrome on the jeep I kinda of liked he was trying to sell me. He promised me he would black it all out and that it could be easily erased He said he would take care of it. I made the deal and was excited, I was having the tires and rims changed out for bigger ones and that took a few days to be done, during this process I was following up with Cory asking about the progress on the chrome being erased as this was my biggest concern and he assured me it would be done. Fast forward to pick up day and I see my new jeep and all I can see is ugly chrome. It was so hard to be excited about a $70,000 purchase when this is not at all what I wanted or was promised. He told me he was sorry he had took the cheaper option and ordered some Amazon black out kit that didn’t even fit my jeep and he couldn’t do it. He then promised me he would get the parts department to order the right parts and have the dealer ship install it correctly. Then I asked about the heavy duty floor mats I had asked for and was promised while making the deal and he pretended not to remember. I was so disappointed at this point I could cry, he promised he would get the mats and the black out parts and would be in contact with me. I have still not heard anything back…. It’s been 2 weeks since I picked up the jeep and I can’t even get a call back. Terrible service, slimy salesman Worst car buying experience of my life!
