The experience was exceptional start to finish - everyone at the dealership were incredibly welcoming and attentive. From the moment we walked into the showroom, I was greeted with warm smiles and honest interest in helping with the purchase of my car from all staff. We never felt pressured into any decisions and were well informed of all options. A huge thank you & shout out to our rockstar sales representative Connor who made this a fun, seamless and memorable experience! He went above and beyond with accommodating our special requests! Please avoid this place at any cost , mostly the a hole parts guys over charging and lieing to you and than blaming others to the rude salesman. Go anywhere else and save a headache.

We normally do not return or exchange custom order parts that we do not stock, but still offered to take them back. You didn't like the restocking fee for such parts and were shown exactly where that policy is stated on your invoice. My husband Michael and me just recently got the 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 from Southtrail Chrysler with Mr. JASON SCOTT our sales executive. Jason is so helpful to us. He is knowledgeable and friendly guy. Whatever questions we asked regarding the truck that we are interested in, he willingly and patiently answer all those questions. Same as Mr. NAIRN FONS the finance manager. My application for car financing was so fast. Both of them gave an excellent customer service. I highly recommend this two guy whenever you visit Southtrail Chrysler.

I dealt with David Zimmerman through email after submitting an online inquiry. I sent my inquiry at 3:40 on a Friday afternoon, David responded within an hour, gave me all the information I was looking for and even came up with some solutions I hadn't thought of. Overall I was very happy with the service even if I wasn't able to make things work from my end.

Recently had a great experience with the team at South Trail. The sales associate, Hailey and her sales manager, Jonathan were top notch. Very helpful and patient. No crazy aggressive pressure tactics (which I totally appreciated). I didn't end up purchasing as my plans changed, but I appreciated the service and professionalism! Thanks!
