My husband and I bought our very first Dodge. The dealership was efficient and very help. Our salesman was Connor and did an excellent job. He was able to answer all our questions and found us the perfect vehicle. If you are ever at Southtrail Chrysler ask for Connor

Update!! Wanted to say Treavor the service advisor is absolutely amazing, had my van come in today (August 29th) for check engine light that had turned off before I could make my appointment and to do a diag for a sound that's been driving me crazy that the other chrysler "couldn't" hear or find but Treavor got right on it and got everything fixed up for me for the check engine light even though it wasn't on anymore and was able to trace the problem of that sound. He was amazing and so thankful for it. as well, thank you so much to the technician who did this for me! Coming from someone who works on the service side of the dealership, I know the struggles as times, and im thankful both the advisor and technician were able to help. Amazing service. Thank you to ALEX! He is definitely an amazing advisor and will continue to do my service with them. Even though its a travel for me, it's definitely worth it for the customer service you get! Thank you again Alex

Originally we went in on the weekend and made a deal fairly quickly. Had a positive experience. Unfortunately when I went in to pick up the vehicle the terms of the deal had changed without my knowledge. I was asked to sign paperwork indicating I had seen certain forms which had not been provided (such as the bill of sale for example.) It should have been quick down payment/pick up, instead I spent the better part of an hour going back and fourth with finance, sales and the sales manager on the terms of the original deal before it was finally honoured. It felt shady and like it was regular business, around this office. Left a sour taste in my mouth, and I waited to post my review to see if my feelings changed and they haven’t. We will not be returning to this dealership, they would have taken advantage of me had I not inquired or asked more questions and threatened to walk away from the deal, which is unfortunate. I wish them all the best, I hope they learn from the experience and follow the processes they claim to have in place moving forward to prevent similar experiences for other clients. Check your bill of sale and paperwork folks, make sure there isn’t any hidden costs that weren’t agreed upon in the sale conversation. I provided 2 stars instead of one because in the end they honoured the deal - they didn’t make it easy and wasted a lot of my time.

Extremely kind, professional and impressive service. The dealership as a whole is very friendly and genuine. We dealt with Oleg and he literally went above and beyond to make our experience extremely positive. Was honest, knowledgeable and very kind. I have never left wanting to purchase more so quickly from a dealership. We were spoken to with respect and patience. Did not feel like a "sale" we live 5 hours away and will NOT go to another dealer. We stumbled upon South Trail and considerate a massive blessing. Highly recommend.
