I was referred to Alex from South Trail Chrysler by a friend of mine and I have never regretted following his advice. Alex and all the staff I interacted with were friendly and very helpful. Obviously it resulted in my purchasing the vehicle which I enjoy driving.

Went there to do a regular service and had several issues with it. From my conversation with the manager - they don't have enough people to service their customers. In my case - cabin filter was not replaced, I was still billed for it and the explanation was that the technician noted it in the papers but billing was not adjusted. So, if I wouldn't check it would go unnoticed. Cannot trust this place anymore, because who knows what else they forget to do/update. Another issue, again looks like related to a people shortage - I had an issue with the security recall for my USA Hyundai Santa FE which was inappropriately(in my opinion) addressed. Instead of saying that we don't see any recalls and don't know/care about it, it could be handled differently, since it's a SAFETY recall(Recall #244) and I'm concerned about my safety. The reasons why it's on the USA recall list and not on Canada's it's another bigger question. Also they have a message saying contact us if you cannot give us 10, which I did and no replies :) Booo

Awesome of folks to work with 100% of the time. Made my first, new truck purchase as smooth and pain free as possible going above and beyond in helping me find what I was looking for. And when the first truck we had found had been damaged they over delivered with one that had more features for the original price. Thanks guys.

We purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Hailey. She was fabulous. Had the car ready inside so we didn’t have to stand out in the rain. Hailey showed us all sorts of features and really went above and beyond. Oscar was great, too!

I bought a grand Cherokee with low mileage 2 years old, as soon as I drove it out of the dealership the screen was acting weird and some apps were not loading (the problem comes and goes). Although I bought the extended warranty I have to pay for a software upgrade (and somehow it's two hours of labor)
