Hailey at South Trail Chrysler was excellent to deal with. I would recommend anyone to reach out to her if you're looking for a new vehicle. She was knowledgeable about the truck I was inquiring about, worked hard to provide me a few options and was patient while I made my decisions. From beginning to end, Hailey did her best to make sure my wife and I had an excellent experience. In general, South Trail staff was always friendly and helpful. Fez was my salesman and I found my dream car on Facebook! He showed me the 2016 Ford Mustang Convertible GT 5.0 with premium package and after a test drive and a little persuasion I am now the proud owner of it. I dealt with Jenn in the service department. I was there early in the morning and she was so kind and bubbly. I love when she is there when I come in as she always has a smile on her face and goes above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need. From parts to routine she is the reason I use south trail.

The experience was exceptional start to finish - everyone at the dealership were incredibly welcoming and attentive.I never felt pressured into any decisions and was well informed of all options. I took my truck here to fix an issue in my truck, i was quoted a new engine at 11k for a cylinder misfire. I took it for a second opinion and the issue was resolved because i took it to a mechanic that actually cares. I will not take any vehicle to a dealership again, initially I thought it would be the best place to go, and it turned out to be quite opposite.

Better than a few dealerships that I've had service work done at, they seem pretty straight forward and do the best they can. Will get service work done with them again.
