I dealt with Treavor service advisor in the service department. I was there earlier today and he was so kind. I love when he is there when I come in as he always has a smile on he’s face, he is very friendly, he is the best service advisor I have ever had, and goes above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need. From parts to routine he is the reason I use south trail Chrysler. Thanks Treavor!

Definitely my best experience buying a car. When I was at the dealership, the product advisor Andre answered all the questions I had. So everything was clear for me and my wife and we're very happy with it. I'll surely be back!

Shopping for a used car for Uber driving, go talk with Lee. This gentleman found me what I needed quite quickly. The buying proscess was very simple because of the professional service from Lee. He helped me get the car at the price I was willing to pay. My family has bought two new vehicles through this dealership with a positive experience with both. I am skeptical of car dealers usually. I found this experience to me very decent. I did not buy the offered extended warranty. I found a warranty issuer for a much more economical price on my own. If I had bought the warranty, and found out later I could have saved a good chunk of cash, i would have been a bit bummed out. Just gotta be diligent and do the homework to save those dollars. Glad I bought my car here. I would recommend it.

Came here to get a premium auto detailing. It wasn't worth it. I was told by so many people that they took vehicles here and they came back "Showroom". They did a decent job mostly, but this was more "Used Car Lot". I am very let down as this was to be a gift to my niece after spend a long time getting her car fixed up, and instead I am finishing the job myself, Thanksgiving afternoon.

We had a very satisfying experience working through our recent purchase of a used vehicle from South Trail Chrysler. Our sales person, Lee Pornasdoro, was very responsive and worked hard to meet all of our asks as well as turning around all aspects of the delivery of the vehicle in record time. The Finance manager Shawn was also easy to work with. Overall, very pleased with our experience.
