Always walking out of this place unhappy. Waited over an hour for a shuttle that they said was only going to Ancaster. Had to get up and ask for an update after an hour because no update on the arrival time of the shuttle was given. Not going to return.

Bought my first car here in hamilton.julia and aileen were great people to deal with .I was comfortable in the dealership.
