I had a regular oil change done. A change of transmission fluid was recommended since the recommended time frame for a change had already passed. Also, the driver's side air bag was replaced (recall). Everything was done efficiently and within a reasonable time.

When I dropped the car off in the morning, Kara was great in providing all the details I needed to make an informed decision on what maintenance needed to be done on my daughter's vehicle. She kept me updated throughout the day. When I called with a personal emergency, the service department was great in accommodating my needs, sending the shuttle driver, Brian for a quick pick up from my workplace and ensuring my vehicle was ready earlier than initially anticipated.

My recent experience buying my car at Palladino can be summed up in one word, Painless. Jayson Ball, the salesperson that took me through the whole process was nothing but professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and very friendly. He was a treat to deal with and at no time was I made to feel any pressure to buy that normally comes with having to deal with pushy salesmen. I would definitely recommend Palladino's to family and friends and recommend that they ask for Jayson if they decide to buy a car from there.

I used to wait 2 to 3 hrs for oil change, when the survey came to me I did not give good opinion for the Honda service my last apt was done in less than half an hour. Thank you Honda.

Every time I get my tires changed the dash tire light comes on. Then I have to make another trip back to the garage.

when I got there for my appointment at 8 am for a regular oil change( that was what I book my appointment for an oil change),I was told I need to get my transmission flush,I decline it because I did not have any time to do that morning because my mom pass away and I was on a tight schedule.they took my vehicle in for the oil change and half hours later the lady to me the technician said my tranny oil was dirty and need to be change.I call that pressure.

Change to winter tires was done faster than they quoted. I love when work is completed sooner than expected rather than later

Dealing with Kara was a pleasure. Friendly and fast. The shuttle service however is something I think that could use some work. It just seemed very disorganized. There has to be a better system out there. I know there are some apps that can help with route planning - perhaps worth a look?
