shuttle frustration

Hi, When I called to book my appointement for my tires i was asked on the phone if i would need a ride somewhere and i said yes. When i brought my car in at 1pm i was told that the shuttle was booked tight and that it works on a first come first serve basis. Then, why was i asked if i needed a ride when I booked? I was told maybe something could be arranged but that i would be picked up à 3:30, one full hour before my car was suppose to be ready. Finally after almost waiting for almost one hour i was told that there was no shuttle avalaible. I finally got out at 4pm. I know your busy at this time of the year and that you even hire extra drivers but lets say it was a frustrating experience and that i am worried about my next visits, coming up shortly. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to vent this out.

When i asked your staff if there was any location other than the waiting area to nurse my newborn, I was advised by your staff to nurse her in the washroom. Would you like to eat your meal in a bathroom? Customers should be treated with respect and dignity. I don't believe that my request was unreasonable. My husband will now be going to service my vehicle as I am uncomfortable doing so now.

Hi Michelle, We in no way meant to offend you- mothers and babies are free to feed/eat where ever they would like! However, the only reason for suggesting the restroom was because you asked for somewhere other than the lounge. We pride ourselves on offering a family friendly environment for all of our customers so we in no way tried to make you feel uncomfortable.

Very positive review. Special thanks to Amanda Z. Start to finish: The parking lot was quite crowded; could designate areas for customer parking or have more obvious signage. Kudos, however, to those parking attendants. Front desk was very friendly and helpful even when they were on the phone. Waiting area and building in general was spotless. The website is organized and well done; making searching for vehicles with sales rep’ (or online) straightforward and effortless. All vehicles were immaculate inside and out. Test drive route was short but longer drives I’m sure could have been made at my request. Amanda knew about each vehicle and anything not known (i.e. regular vs. premium gas) she would either research or ask around. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding. Final purchase was painless. Palladino Honda’s promise seems unmatched. Follow-up phone call was a nice touch. All in all, when purchasing a used vehicle I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are, however, quite busy with steady vehicle turn over so be ready ahead of time of what you’d like (make, year, model, price). Thanks again.

Was not impressed when I brought my vehicle in for a recall and told them there was a loud noise and something wasn't right, they told me that they checked and nothing was wrong. I had to bring my vehicle back 3 weeks later and was told I had no brakes on one side, now I asked what kind of mechanic would have missed that , so I wonder if things are really looked at and am I really safe after they supposedly check everything. Was a fan , now im thinking twice. Marty
