I always get good, fast and efficient service. They explain what has to be done then they confirm what they had to do and if anything comes up unexpected they always call to let you know. Its great.

Thanks to Service Advisor Bradley Brink and Mechanic Stephen Wong the first service on our new 2016 Honda Accord was completed in a timely fashion and we were on our way. The drive to Palladino Honda for the service was 1 1/2 hours and due to the excellent service we were on our way home.

Everything with the servicing went very well, and staff were excellent to deal with. The only thing that I was a little disappointed with was the fact the we were not eligible for the 15% discount for the work that was done (even though we were there before October 31st), because it did not fall into a "specific package" criteria. Last year, discounts of 10% and 15% were granted for some components of the exact same work. I think that as a valued repeat customer, some flexibility should have been granted in this regard.

Great service experience at Palladino Honda. I was able to have a shuttle home and back even though I had neglected to book it previously. Very much appreciated :))

Dan reviewed my earlier service records and adjusted my service to fit the specific needs of my vehicle. He was willing to listen to my concerns and accepted my differences in opinion about service requirements. I have worked as an engineer and generic plans often have to be adjusted on a case by case basis.

Vehicle had an oil pan leak and parts needed to be ordered . I would have been without a vehicle for 2 days. Salesman provided me with a loaner. Service desk called me with the estimate, showed my husband the damaged parts. Everyone was courteous and friendly.

Everything to make this B1 car maintenance visit a positive experience was done: time of appointment, welcome, full explanation of maintenance to be done on car, authorization for additional work to be done, pleasant waiting environment and completion of work before the estimated time to performe the required maintenance.
