My experience with this dealership is quite remarkable. I initially bought a 2016 Ram 3500 from Jamie Caulder. He was great to work with, doesn't pressure you into a sale. I ended up having a warranty issue with my truck that ended up lasting over two months. I took it in to south trail to have them repair the issue, during which time harmony in the service department always kept me up to date as to work being performed. I also got to deal with the service managers and the technicians working on the truck. Though many attempts had been made to repair the initial problem, they were unsuccessful in a repair ( and by they I mean Chrysler Canada's engineering department who were taking the lead working with the service department to come up with a diagnosis). I had been in contact with FCA Canada (Fiat Chrysler Association) and had several times asked to have the truck replaced, or bought back ( as they are the ones who design and build these vehicles) and was basically politely told to pound sand. After two months of that I approached the owner of south trail about my problem. We had a meeting in which he assured me that he would get me a new truck. And he kept his word. A short while later I was driving a new truck again. If a new vehicle is in your future, this is the dealership to purchase from. Even with a crappy initial experience with the brand, the south trail team has really earned my respect, and I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from the McManes auto group in the future. But I will say... The customer lounge should have free beer on tap-Just throwing that out there...

After getting back on my feet !! I was able to get my very own Brand New Vehicle at an amazing prime rate .. at South Trail Chrysler calgary and Candace did amazing job !!! Highly recommend this Dealership !!! I got my new 2016 Jeep Compass !!! So so so happy :)

My wife and I have been to 3 other dodge dealerships this year and chose to buy at southtrail for a few reasons. We bought a 1500 longhorn from Jeff Crouse and it seemed like the whole dealership was excited for us instead of one single salesman. Jeff seemed more like a buddy than a salesperson and that went a LONG way in our books. Jeff's partner Samer was also very helpful with our questions about the truck. We would like to thank Darrin in finance for helping us put greatly with this truck. All in all, I would recommend the folks at south trail any day to anyone! I will be going back for my next vehicle and my wife's next vehicle.

We were in Calgary for a short visit and saw a South Trail Chrysler add in the paper, called the dealership and were directed to Adrian Antelo. Adrian showed a number of different vehicles , had our trade in assessed , and took us on a test drive. He took our offer and we purchased our new vehicle. We are very pleased with the experience in dealing with all the staff at South Trail Chrysler and would highly recommend Adrian and the other staff.
