I recently purchased a new Ram 1500 at South Trail Chrysler. My initial plan was to drop into this new dealership to for a quick look see and to compare prices. I was not intending to make a purchase right away. However, sales associate Brad Shannon made me a great offer that I simply could not refuse. I was very impressed with the honesty, expediency and professionalism I encountered and will not hesitate to recommend this dealership to family and friends.

Went today for an oil change , dodge Journey 2015 under warranty. The only person I talked told me I will have to pay for the service and I have to call Chrysler. I own this vehicle for a few months , already can't do my oil change without paying and in plus the recall who still not done . This is my first Dodge and I think will be the last. Not happy customer so far .

My experience with this dealership is quite remarkable. I initially bought a 2016 Ram 3500 from Jamie Caulder. He was great to work with, doesn't pressure you into a sale. I ended up having a warranty issue with my truck that ended up lasting over two months. I took it in to south trail to have them repair the issue, during which time harmony in the service department always kept me up to date as to work being performed. I also got to deal with the service managers and the technicians working on the truck. Though many attempts had been made to repair the initial problem, they were unsuccessful in a repair ( and by they I mean Chrysler Canada's engineering department who were taking the lead working with the service department to come up with a diagnosis). I had been in contact with FCA Canada (Fiat Chrysler Association) and had several times asked to have the truck replaced, or bought back ( as they are the ones who design and build these vehicles) and was basically politely told to pound sand. After two months of that I approached the owner of south trail about my problem. We had a meeting in which he assured me that he would get me a new truck. And he kept his word. A short while later I was driving a new truck again. If a new vehicle is in your future, this is the dealership to purchase from. Even with a crappy initial experience with the brand, the south trail team has really earned my respect, and I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from the McManes auto group in the future. But I will say... The customer lounge should have free beer on tap-Just throwing that out there...
