While this dealership is about 150 kms from me, with many others in between, I felt that Brad Shannon at South Trail Chrysler went out of his way to make a deal with me. The dealership itself was really well laid-out and everyone was efficient in dealing with me. I am absolutely loving my new Cherokee, and would recommend this dealership to anyone!

I walked into South Trail Chrysler and was immediately greeted by an enthusiastic sales person, Yannick B. I explained that I was looking at doing a trade in of my current vehicle, the budget I was working with and the type of new vehicle I was interested in. I had done a little browsing online before coming in and knew what I had in mind. Within no time Yannick was able to determine exactly what this was and I was shown a Jeep Compass that went above and beyond my expectations. Every detail was gone over and all questions were answered with an informative in depth knowledge. Candace was outstanding with setting up the financing and was more than welcoming, any concerns that I had she took the time to explain and go over with me. I was at ease the entire time and knew that everything was being taken care of. I never knew that a car buying experience could be so exceptional. South Trail Chrysler is a phenomenal dealership that I have already referred friends to and would recommend anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle to go in and see Yannick.
