I had an awesome experience with South trail crysler. They got me into a truck fast, traded in my suv for a fair trade in value. I got a WAY lower interest rate which is the best part for me. Very satisfied and awesome customer service skills amongst everyone there.

We had a vague idea what we wanted but were "just looking" to start. Brad Shannon asked all the right questions was very attentive and listened to our answers and was able to get us exactly what we needed! Our kids really enjoyed the play area and it was really nice to be able to concentrate on what Brad was saying rather than worrying about my kids terrorizing customers and treating the shiny new cars as play structures. Brad also did not ignore our kids during the test drive he asked them questions and answered theirs. He understood our family dynamic and knowing that we were purchasing a family vehicle included the entire family in the decision. Thank you very much Brad "2 thumbs up" and "10 out of 10".

Pretty sad over there; we saw a nice mini van on their web site within our budget so we called on the same day (July 7 2016) to go look at it Saturday (July 9 2016) to find out as we walk in they sold it the day before, no call or email to notify us?? The manager Ahmad Hassan is full of excuses; he worked late the day before and was the only one... They have another similar model with remote start (this feature is important to us); more expensive with hail damage, scuffing and scratches on both passenger and driver doors (manager has no clue about the scratches and scuffing) so we start talking numbers to only find out their is no remote start after all?? I currently own a Dodge Ram purchased at Tower Chrysler and I'm going back... Much better over there!! Can't stand those phony follow up email by dealership; just a smoke screen to give the impression to general public they care about my previous review (paragraph above). I am not wasting anymore of my time on that dealership... Not a coincidence they are across the street from the city dump; it stinks on both sides of the road!! There is an update to this story, the salesman Sammer did send a follow up email saying they found a van for us, the email also said he would email back the info about the vehicle but never did?? I wish I could take that star off this rating because they don't deserve any at all! To anybody that read those reviews; I believe buying a vehicle at Southtrail is a big risk, especially after I found other bad reviews about the service. I am glad we did not buy there because this is quite a purchase and I'm not ready to gamble on it, the odds are obviously not favorable. I believe buying from an establish dealership is a smarter choice!

I would like to start with the service receptionists are amazing and super sweet! We took our 2014 Jeep in to get an oil change. The service advisor called and said our battery was dead. My husband asked how that could be as it seems to be just fine. The advisor said it has 65 cold cranking amps out of 700. The advisor said that if it were to get any colder it probably wouldn't start and it should be replaced. To replace the battery it would be $495. We decided not to do it just at this service. My husband asked if the battery was covered under warranty and the advisor texted the next morning and said that our battery is cover under warranty and to bring it next week. That same day the check engine light came on. I drove straight to the dealership to see if they could just run the code. The advisor told me I would have to make an appointment. So I did. I brought the Jeep back to run the code and to get the battery replaced. When the advisor called to tell me the vehicle was ready she indicated that the code was ran and that it was in "stored codes" and they don't really know the details of what the code entailed and the next time it happens to call and come straight down to the dealership. Also, they didn't replace the battery, they charged it for two hours and called it good! Needless to say we are disappointed in this service. We tried to get the code ran right when the check engine light came on and they couldn't do anything without making an appointment. We find it strange that when they wanted us to pay for a new battery they were going to replace it, but once realizing it was under warranty a quick two hour charge was sufficient.

After stopping in to look at a new RAM 1500 we were met by Brad Shannon one of the sales executives he was very pleasant to talk to and answered any questions we had on the truck we then looked at a new RAM 1500 Rebel and fell in love with it and started talking about financing and trading in our other pickup truck and car he was very pleasant to deal with he did his very best in getting us the great deal on the Rebel then brought us to meet the finance manager Chad Mayles to start the process he was very good to talk to very polite and answered any question we had in regards to financing Chad did a phenomenal job at getting us the best finance available. The whole experience we had was the best we have ever had at any dealership they make you feel like family and greet you at the door with smiles. Thank you Brad Shannon and Chad Mayles for everything you have done for us. I would recommend Southtrail Chrysler to anyone looking for new or used
