This review would have been either a 4 or even a 5 if it only relied on friendliness, however a number of things happened that just left a bad taste in my mouth. The first thing was, I was asked whether I can put down a $1000 on the purchase, which I said I won't be able to do. Then just as I was in the process of signing the documents the agent (Kent Pozzo) told me to make a deposit of $500 which they would give back to me. Silly me did that and obviously never got it back. Secondly, my deal was confirmed (more than once) to be "the special" 0% interest over 84 months and I signed it still being under that impression. It turned out to be 1.99% over 96 months. The other thing that happened was I specifically told them to help me stay in my budget for this car. After a bit of consideration, I accepted the fact that the bi-weekly payment would be almost $20.00 over my budget and told them that I'm fine with that. However, as I was signing the document, that payment had mysteriously increased even further to $26.00 over my bi-weekly budget. When asked, Mr. Pozzo just shrugged and said that it's only $6.00 more. I know $6.00 more isn't much, but it's the principal that bothers me. So, long story short. Feel free to use the dealership when buying a vehicle, but don't let your adrenaline prevent you from reading the fine print and don't be bullied into signing for something that wasn't part of the original deal.
