Samer Khatib is my favorite salesman!. It is an amazing place to buy a mini van or other vehicles. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. This salesman is number 1 in customer service.. I will buy from Samer Khatib again in the near future.

Being in the automotive industry as long as I have tends to get difficult when trying to buy a new vehicle as we get pushed to the bottom of the list. NOT the Case with Samer. He was extremely efficient and was genuinely concerned with getting me into what I wanted. Afterwards, Luke and Brittany in Finance did some major work to make it work, Mike himself was also involved and thanks to the diligent work of this awesome sales and management team I am the proud owner of a new Grand Cherokee SRT8. I would recommend these fine people to anyone in the market with no hesitation.

The worst customer service for a new dealership. I took my jeep to this location after a car accident for an inspection and after quoting me $100 for an 85 point inspection I agreed. They checked out my vehicle and later that day I received a MASSIVE list of NUMEROUS things wrong (nothing that had to do with the accident) they quoted me $3500 - beginning at replacing my front and back wipers for $400 and quoted me $550 to replace my SPARK plugs in my diesel jeep (when diesels actually have glow plugs, not spark plugs) after I was in complete shock with this outrageous quote which even included ALL of my fluids being burnt/contaminated/dirty I called the technician asking what was urgent - he said the serpentine belt (which they quoted me $440, when I just bought one in store for $80) and that my engine had a leak. He told me it would cost an additional $150 to check the engine leak - knowing that my total would be somewhere around $250 I decided to proceed with the engine check and after running my vehicle for 30 minutes I received a phone call saying there was no oil leak (surprise after they had already told me there was and I paid the $150, magically there wasn't a leak). Heading to the shop thinking I was picking up my jeep for around $250 to my surprise the bill was $320 because they charged me an additional $60 to dispose of a rag properly (even though there was no oil on the rags because they said there was no leak). After doing my own research and taking it to a family friend that is a heavy duty mechanic - surprise surprise there was a leak in the engine which would have been hard to miss (his words) The worst customer service EVER. I'm in shock with how poorly the techs communicated with each other and how poorly this situation was handled. To make the customer service even worse... they ask my to email them and they don't even reply to my email.
