I was in the market for a new Jeep Wrangler and after disappointing service from other dealerships I decided to try South Trail. Jeff Crouse was my salesman and he was awesome!!! Finally someone who listened to what I wanted, how much I could afford and did his absolute best to get me in my new Jeep and still keep me in my price range! No hassles, no feeling pressured and absolutely the best service I've had at a dealership yet! I would recommend Jeff to everyone, he is an absolute gem! Truly if you want a guy that's going to work hard for you and get you in the vehicle you want, then you need to go see him! Thanks again to everyone at South Trail for taking such great care of me!!! We were seriously trading up but because of our previous bad experience from a different company, we were apprehensive to trust people from sales. It's the complete different experienced we had with Jamie. He just made sure we got what we wanted within our budget. I think people from sales should be like Jamie. Straight to the point, not to mention the dude can give you an estimate without using a calculator. The guy from finance, Chad, made things so easy and comfortable for us. Even had time to discuss how a big fan he was of LeBron James. Sorry this time, Chad. The GSW are peaking on time and will beat your Cleveland Cavaliers.:-) Hey, I do have regrets though. I should have made business with South Trail Chrysler,Dodge & Jeep a lot sooner. Would most likely been spared from disappointments. Keep up the good work guys.

Brad Shannons was my salesperson. He did a great job to get me the vehicle I wanted. His customer service was excellent. All the people we dealt with at this dealership were professional and made this a great expereince. I will be recommending this dealership to my friends!

First of all i would like to express the fact that for a lot of us out there ,there is a certain fear and suspicion that airs around visiting a car dealership.My wife and myself"s experience was far from it.The last time i purchased a new vehicle was in 2009 and i must say things must have evolved,unless this dealership is just that much better.I was introduced to Jamie Caulder and immediately felt at ease with him. We told him our needs in a new ram and he professionally proceeded to describe in detail the different option available and cost.Within an hour or so we had signed the preliminary paperwork and were very excited about the seamless transaction he performed.Very happy with our new truck and hats off to darrin in finance and fatima in delivery.Thanks to all that helped with this purchace.....
