Came in for a service on my 2015 patriot, Jeffery Crouse had helped me out with service and was Very hospitable while I was waiting. He was extremely knowledgable abou my vehicle and was so kind as to help me look into purchasing my dream vehicle ! I look forward to working with Jeffey on my next Jeep purchase very soon! The rest of the staff was very accommodating and the customer service was incredible. Very nice people! Thanks again, Jeffery!

I brought my 2013 Dart to South Trail after two other dealerships couldn't fix a problem with it stalling out while accelerating. Harmony in the Customer Service department went above and beyond to see that the problem would be resolved. She kept me informed of what the plan would be to resolve the issue and saw it through to it's resolution. This is the kind of customer support I appreciate. I was interested in buying a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT, so I actually started off at South Trail Chrysler which is closer to my home. Brad the SALES PERSON was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me the best pricing upfront and made the price negotiation the least awkward possible and I was happy with the final price. I didn't fell any pressure to buy a vehicle from salesperson or management . When I agreed to the final purchase, I met Brittany to go over the financial details. She was great!! she spent a bunch of time on the phone the next day too, answering questions. All in All, This was one of the best and easiest purchasing experience. Fantastic environment, friendly people, no pressure
