I've been looking for a vehicle for some time, and have been getting really stressed about it. Terrence had shown me a few vehicles that suited my needs. I felt really comfortable and not pressured by him as car salesmen are always overwhelming. I'm definitely going to recommend him to all my friends. I haven't purchased yet because my bf ended up buying a vehicle that we both can use. I just wanted to send this review so people who are looking can also ask for him as I find him such a pleasure to deal with! Thanks Terrence!

Very professional and personable. The service department went the extra mile to ensure the work was done properly and completely. Aaron, the service manager, put together quotes for future work and offered advice regarding on-going issues that I hadn't heard before, giving me new options to consider. I had been getting my work done at a different dealership but South Trail Chrysler will be my first call when my vehicle requires maintenance. This dealership is a credit to its brand.

I recently purchased a new 2016 Ram Rebel from South Trail. Kent Pozzo my salesman as well as Brittany in Finance went above and beyond to find and get the truck I wanted in a very timely manner. The truck needed to come from out of province and they were able to get it and had me driving it within a week. I am very appreciative for what they did to get the truck I wanted and will be going back to them in the future if I need anything else.

I purchased a new Fiat from Renfrew Chrysler a month ago and took it back for Navigation updates, I got nothing but the run around from them and as a result, I took my vehicle to South Trail Fiat. I was met by Jason CURREY and he looked after me by taking me to the service dept. where Jermy RAE looked up my problem with the navigation system. He made phone calls to Fiat Canada, he checked everything out that he could on the computer and gave me an explanation why my navigation system was not up to date. He did this in a very professional way I was impressed and felt better. Jason CURREY phoned me at home to see if I was satisfied with their service. He also advised that he would follow up on the navigation updates in a few weeks and get back to me. If Renfrew Chrysler would have been as informative as South Trail, I would not have been so angry at them. I will be taking my Fiat to South Trail for servicing in the future. Thanks again for the professionalism of Jason CURREY and Jeremy RAE. I would highly not recommend Renfrew Chrysler, but I will recommend South Trail Fiat. I give them 10 out of 10 for service.

Where do I start the team here is amazing the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. And the range of selection is impeccable. I've been shopping for my new daily driver and was very warmingly welcomed by a gentlemen by the name of Terrence Hinds. He spent the better part of the day walking me through the selection and very carefully and clearly examined my options and opportunities. He was very knowledgeable about his line up and wasn't pushy or direct about a sale with me. I left knowing more about what direction I wanted to go in and who exactly I'll be purchasing my next new daily driver when I'm ready. Thank you Terrence I had a wonderful experience. And it was impressive on how you treated me especially right after a sale. 10 stars if it was possibl

I went to South Trail after a particularly bad experience purchasing my last vehicle at another dealership. I had no intentions of purchasing. Terrance met me at the door and changed my entire opinion about purchasing a vehicle. He was fantastic and walked me through the entire process. Not only did he get me out of a horrible vehicle and into an amazing one, he made the process painless! Will be recommending this dealership and Terrance specifically to everyone!!
