I went to South Trail after a particularly bad experience purchasing my last vehicle at another dealership. I had no intentions of purchasing. Terrance met me at the door and changed my entire opinion about purchasing a vehicle. He was fantastic and walked me through the entire process. Not only did he get me out of a horrible vehicle and into an amazing one, he made the process painless! Will be recommending this dealership and Terrance specifically to everyone!!

I have never bought a Chrysler product before and looked at Crowfoot and Varsity before I found Kent Pozzo at South Trail. Kent impressed me more than any of the other salespeople I talked to, and made the sale as transparent as possible. He truly seems to love what he does and is committed to giving you a great purchasing experience. Brittany in the Finance Department concluded the deal and did a great job of meeting my specific requests. Even though we live in the North West, I am looking forward to continued excellent service from the team at South Trail Chrysler. My wife might even try the Hair Salon ;)

Our family recently purchased a brand new mini-van from South Trail. From Phil (service), to Jamie, to Yannick & Chad, we had an excellent experience. We were treated and welcomed like we are a part of the family. Not once did we feel like we were just another customer or that we were being taken advantage of. It was great to commit to such a big purchase w/o having felt pressured into signing off into anything we were not comfortable with. That is a credit to the staff of this dealership. By far, the best experience as far as dealing with car dealerships is concerned. We absolutely made a great purchase, and it is also comforting to know that we actually did thanks to Yannick & Chad. No questions were left un-answered and no "fine" print was left un-explained. Thank you South Trail Chrysler for an excellent purchasing experience, we will definitely be back for our next big vehicle purchase :).

Worked with Chady Chahine @ South Trail, and let me tell you, he brought me into a whole new world of a non-pressured buying experience. I will be back to purchase all my automotive parts in the future, and although he may not work in the service department, knowing Chady works there, I know the other members of the South Trail team will be sure to impress! I made an appointment to buy a truck but then I found out my hours at work are going to be cut so I had to cancel and couldn't buy a truck and they were nice about it and welcomed me back when I could buy a truck
