Tony Pusch sold us our most recent purchase. Thanks for helping us get exactly what we wanted, and having us test drive the two door. We are so happy with the four door! Mark helped to find the exact model of Jeep that we wanted. Everyone made the process fun and painless!!! Thank you so much! Darrin in finance was awesome, and so was Fatima in delivery! We also were at the parts department tonight, they even had the part that we wanted in stock!!! Thanks everyone for making this the best experience ever purchasing a vehicle!!!

Scott & I had looked around at various dealerships prior, however Kent was always diligent with follow up and never rushed us into anything. He listened to our requests, and budget and showed us options that met our criteria. His follow up and excellent customer service had made it easy for us to purchase a vehicle from him. Whenever an issue arose, he was always quick to respond and ensure that it was dealt with in a timely manner and the situation was rectified. Brittany in Finance was also great to deal with. It's been such a pleasure dealing with South Trail, especially Brittany & Kent. I would highly recommend them!

I went into SouthTrail to look check out the new dealership and start to shop for a new vehicle i am looking to purchase in a couple months and Terrence was amazing. His customer service was first class and I recommend both him and the dealership to everyone I know and will be back when I'm ready to buy.

Terrence was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I have never felt more comfortable with a sales person. I wasn't able to decide on a vehicle and Terrence wasn't pushy but when I do decide he is exactly who I would go see !

I just recently purchased a brand new dodge 1500, and to say the least I was blown away by the customer service and follow up I have received from this dealership. Adrian was very helpful and knew what he was talking about when finding me what I needed. Candace was a huge help with getting me financially into what I needed. Because of their great service I am now an official dodge man and will be returning for all my vehicle needs in the future. thanks guys
