I was looking for something economic for my family and I, and Terrence Hinds went above and beyond to get us into the SUV that was appropriate. The quality of service we received was exceptional. I would recommend South Trail Chrysler, Terrence Hinds, as Candace Sullivan to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

The sales transaction with Ross went well. He was willing to negotiate and was patient. Britney in the finance department ensured everything went smoothly. We were asked to bring the van back the next day for detailing. My husband brought it in not knowing I had left my wallet in the console. Detailing took about an hour although I'm not sure why as they simply washed the outside and vacuumed inside. There were still coffee marks on the door inside. Regardless of that, the next morning when I got in the van to go to work and my wallet was missing. I called and was told when "detailing" they remove personal belongings nor do they go in the console. My husband also followed up with the sales department. I knew my wallet was in that console! Nevertheless as I was going out of town the next morning I needed to replace my license and banking. I spent the afternoon at registries getting new health cards, and my license. Then to the bank to cancel my credit card and get a new bank card. The next morning my husband gets a text from sales. They found my wallet. The detailer brought it to the front desk. Seems pretty fishy to me. Remember I was told they don't remove belongings or go in the console?? Remember when I called, twice and they spoke to the detailer(s) who said they saw/had nothing.

We recently purchased our Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from South Trail Chrysler. Terrance was our sales person, wanted to thank him and the dealership as I feel we walked away with the best possible deal, and a pretty sweet ride! The dealership itself was amazing offering a place for the kids to play, refreshments and plenty of Tv's. I've been through a number new car experience's in the past and I can honestly say this was the best one so far. Thanks South Trail!

We recently purchased our Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from South Trail Chrysler. Terrance was our sales person, wanted to thank him and the dealership as I feel we walked away with the best possible deal, and a pretty sweet ride! Fantastic experience from start to finish! Tony, Aaron and Chad made sure that they answered all my questions. I test drove the vehicle and with in 24 hours I was driving it off the lot! Fantastic Sales Executive, Excellent service, beautiful facility! I will definitely be sending anyone I know their way!
