We were so excited when this location came to our neighborhood as we have never dealt with anyone but Dodge. We have always had a great experience with the dodge dealerships. Typically we go to Airdrie for anything we require for the vehicles or to buy but my husband decided he would try this location out since it is so close to our house. My husband went in for an Oil Change this past Saturday and got to talking to Samer within the used car division. Next thing you know my husband is bringing home a car for a test drive. Turns out that was not the car for me, however, when I went back to the dealership with my husband after the test drive I found and ended up buying the perfect car for myself. Samer is absolutely one of the best sales person we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Very professional, respectful and answered all our questions with ease. In the end, Chad (an outstanding Financial Manager) and Samer got me into the vehicle I wanted. We will not go to any other dealership and certainly will not deal with anyone else but Samer and Chad. I will also be recommending this dealership with Samer and Chad eagerly and without hesitation. Thank you Samer and Chad!!! PS - They have GREAT coffee while you wait and / or look around and lots of areas to just sit and enjoy that fabulous coffee if you are waiting for your vehicle.

Just bought my new car at South Trail Chrysler 6103 130 Ave SE Calgary, AB T2Z 5H1 dealership and here I am writing a review about the service I got. To start with I can only say good things about Samer Khatib Sales Executive who helped me choose and decide which car will better fit my needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and had lots of patience answering my questions. I would recommend him to all my fiends as a sales person. The staff at the dealership was very nice and friendly and they have done everything to please me as costumer. However there was a little glitch on the entire story that left a gray cloud on this car acquisition : after two days of owning and driving my new 2016 Dodge Journey I realized that the floor mats are missing. All four of them! I thought they have forgotten to place them back after they thoroughly cleaned the car , but was I ever wrong. They did not forget to put them back because actually they didn’t have them. Those floor mats are not part of the purchase price of over 23 thousand dollars ! If I want them I would have to purchase it for $169 plus GST.... Wow !!! .....what kind of monkey business is this ?!?! I am disappointed and will always think on this issue as a rip off . Sorry about the fact that my review could not be positive all the way down to the end, but this is just not acceptable to pay $ 23 600.00 for a brand new car and have those floor mats excluded from the package ! I have a 2014 Jeep Cherokee that I usually take to another dealership close to downtown, but I figured I would try here since it's not far from my house. I made an appointment for 7:15 am and dropped it off with Jeremy. It was in for a body control module recall and the check engine light was on so I figured it would be done by the afternoon. I hadn't heard anything by 3:30 so I called and Jeremy advised that it wasn't done because there was only 1 electrician and his day "went sideways" but it will be done that afternoon. I got a ride to the dealership from my husband and he dropped me off at 4 thinking it would be done soon. It was not so I waited in the waiting room for over an hour. It was finally done after 5 and the crazy thing is once I got her paperwork it showed 1 hour to deal with the check engine light issue and 0.04 hours to deal with the recall so why my vehicle was there for basically 10 hours is beyond me. I honestly believe that the work on my vehicle was not even started until after I called at 3:30 and I think it had to do with the fact that it was under warranty and there was no charge obviously. It's like because they weren't getting any money from me they didn't value me as a customer or my time. I will now gladly drive clear across the city to avoid ever coming here again.

Was in the market to buy a new dodge grand caravan. Went to this dealership as it is close to my house. The sales person that I was talking to gave me a ridiculous quote for SXT plus model. For the exact small car, the price I got from Varsity Chrysler is $3500 lower without any negotiating. Personally I would stay away from this dealership forever. Better to check other dealerships before buying a car from this one.

The dealership is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and attentive. I arranged a new truck and was very well looked after by Jamie Caulder for the sale and also arranging a box cover later on. Definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone.
