Fantastic experience from start to finish! Tony, Aaron and Chad made sure that they answered all my questions. I test drove the vehicle and with in 24 hours I was driving it off the lot! This is my second experience at this dealership. The first time I had a full interior servicing done, which was fantastic, but this time they truly went above and beyond. My 2013 Dodge Caravan experienced an electrical issue. From previous experience, I was pretty sure it was the alternator. As you can imagine, I was pretty irate. A 3 year old vehicle should not have an alternator failure. When I spoke with Dodge Canada, they told me that the alternator was not a warranty repair but they "might" be able to do something to reimburse me after the fact. By the time I got it towed to South Trail, I was beyond annoyed. This isn't a cheap repair. The staff at south trail were beyond considerate. They completed the full diagnostic to be sure that there wasn't a fault in the system somewhere that caused the alternator failure. When everything checked out, they replaced the alternator. For free. Under warranty, despite what Dodge had said. I dealt with Harmony who was fantastic. 2 days later, the van is back and good as new. Its nice to find a dealership who is more concerned with customer service than the bottom line. For the past 7 years, we have dealt with Big 4 for all of our vehicle purchases and services. When it is time to replace my husbands 2009 Charger, we will be buying through South trail.

amazimg they went above and beyond to get me the vehicle i needed and wanted my sales guy terrance was amazing... i hope for much success in the future for him.. he really takes time to understand his customer not just force them into the first car can. brittney who helped me with the financial part was also amaing and is absolutly wondeful
