After speaking with Terrence about what I was looking for, he seemed to be very knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. It made the experience much more pleasant as I felt I had the assistance I needed and did not feel pressured in any way. If all salesman operated in such a helpful and non-aggressive manner, buying a vehicle would not be such a headache. I will be back to make my vehicle purchase with Terrence and would definitely refer him to my friends.

Hey Candace Sullivan and the rest of the team at South Trail. Its actually Dan Scott (had to use my sisters google acct) i just wanted to say that my experience with everyone at South Trail was awesome, from the cheerful receptionists, the salespeople that chatted with me as i waited, and everyone involved in the clean delivery of my jeep. Candace was very helpful in finding a great vehicle that i would be happy driving and one that also fits my budget. Thanks again to everyone at South Trail, I couldn't be happier driving around in my Mango.

I had a very good experience at the dealership my salesman Kent and credit manager Candice treated me with the utmost respect and went above and beyond what I have gotten at other dealerships. I will send more people to the dealership and I know they will be treated the same as I was by Kent and Candice and by the other employees at south trail Chrysler. Again thank you to Kent and Candice for all you did and I am really enjoying my 2014 dodge ram.
