Such a great dealership to take my business to. Jeff Crouse is the guy to see he makes things happen. He will get you into your new or used ride and do whatever it takes. He's a stand up guy and takes pride in the work he does, anyone out there needs a new or used vehicle make sure you ask for Jeff.

Traded off my 14 outdoorsman 1500 on a new 16 Larimine 2500 diesel... had loved my old truck and it treated me well... just wanted something that could tow more... was happy with the salesman Jeff Crouse and the dealership... they are all friendly and it's comfortable.

Had the pleasure of going to this new dealership on Thursday MAY 26/2016.From the moment I got onsite to when I left it was a great experience.THe dealership is new so very nice new building and big lot with good inventory. Dealt with a salesman by the name of Terrance and do apologize if I spelt his name wrong but very good guy !!! From first encounter to last he did not pressure at all and very knowledgable and if he was not sure or did not know he would find out . As a customer or potential customer I liked that he knew what he was talking about and was humble not over bearing or did I ever feel pressured.Always attentive but not in an ass kisser type way and it felt like my best interest was first and foremost not a potential sale which is so refreshing . The faculty very nice from show room to waiting room to service area to the I do believe 32 bays very impressive . It also has a place to get a hot shave ,hair cut ,manicure maybe even a pedicure but thankfully that is not my thing but hot shave sounds appealing while waiting for an oil change for sure . So to wrap it up my personal experience there was very good from the new facility and good selection right down to Terrance who was so good to work with as he makes you feel that it is about you the customer and getting you the best deal that works for you and your budget and needs !!!!! I will definitely recommend other people there and too him as well as the dealership as a whole . Went in looking to see what I would get for my vehicle to coming out of there with a grand Cherokee overland at very good price !!!! Thank you again Terrance and South Trail Chrysler !!!!!

I've been looking for a vehicle for some time, and have been getting really stressed about it. Terrence had shown me a few vehicles that suited my needs. I felt really comfortable and not pressured by him as car salesmen are always overwhelming. I'm definitely going to recommend him to all my friends. I haven't purchased yet because my bf ended up buying a vehicle that we both can use. I just wanted to send this review so people who are looking can also ask for him as I find him such a pleasure to deal with! Thanks Terrence!
