I bought my Jeep Cherokee from Jamie and he provided excellent customer service. Jamie is very knowledgeable and professional. The dealership is HUGE, they have lots of vehicles to choose from and the staff are very friendly and they even have a salon inside the dealership which is perfect for when I get my Jeep serviced.

Just Bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangle from Kent at South Trail Chrysler. I went in looking at Durangos about a month ago and decided to think on it. Called Kent this afternoon saying I changed my mind and wanted to look at some Wranglers. He had one ready for me to test drive in an hour. He is extremely personable, friendly and helpful. He made the entire experience go off without a hitch. He was also very patient and playful with my 18 month old daughter. I would highly recommend going to see Kent at South Trail. The service that I received from Aaron Kerluke was the best part of my experience at South Trails Chrysler. I purchased a Jeep Cherokee. I would recommend anyone to go see Aaron. Best sales man on the lot by far.

We just happened to stop in at South Trail Chrysler, to look at the new Jeep Renegade. I think everyone has some apprehension when coming into a dealership setting, but we were immediately put at ease when we met Aaron (there are a few there). This Aaron in particular is top notch. He showed us the in's and out's of the vehicle, let us ponder and gave us space, took us on two test drives, so we could each get a feel for the vehicle. Most importantly though, Aaron is a salesman, but as the consumer we really felt that he went to bat for us, when it came time do discuss the purchase. Not many people walk in and out in a few hours with vehicle, at least not many that I know, but Aaron made it much easier with his calm and honest demeanor. The post purchase support and follow up has been unmatched and we love our purchase. We can never thank Aaron, or South Trail for making this large purchases as stress free as it was.
