After searching vigorously for the best deal on a new truck i was lucky enough to stop in and be greeted by Brad Shannon at South Trail. After only a few minutes i got a great deal on a brand new truck and great value for my trade in. It simply could not have been any easier be sure to stop in and ask for Brad!

The sales team couldn't find me the truck I wanted, I found it myself. Then the service team, who had my truck all day, notified me at 4pm that the work they said they'd get done wasn't started yet and won't be done. That's 0 for 2. Not worth the hassle.

Great place. After Dealing with absolutely terrible management at Tower Chrysler, I found out about South Pointe Dodge and gave them a call. Arron was an incredible person to have as your advisor and helped me out the with the issues I had. I explained how rude and un-courteous Towers management was he immediately said he would make sure I get the proper help and he followed through on that. Apparently the consumer should be telling the advisors at Tower all the work they think needs to be done! Not the other way around. Just want to say thanks Arron for your help and getting me those awesome tires and to add that the dealership looks amazing!

I had been frustrated by the buying process at another dealership and decided to look at other alternatives. I found South Trail Chrysler was close to my home and my wife and I took a drive over to see the new dealership. We were warmly greeted by Jason Currey on our visit and the feeling was very caring, relaxed and supportive of what it was we were looking for. We were unable to stay very long due to prior engagements, but Jason went to work right away locating a vehicle for us. He emailed and called a few times to see when I might have time to meet and most of the deal was put together over the phone. When I did arrive, the negotiations were quite easy and did not require much time. Jason was supportive and ensured that he provided excellent customer service. The sales manager Danny, whom we dealt with was clear, concise and to the point allowing me to make an informed decision regarding the purchase of the vehicle. I was very happy with the process and the service and would recommend both Jason Currey and the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

I had a amazing experience with Christina in the service department, she was very nice and address all my concerns and she really knew what she was talking about. I will defiantly be coming back.
