Yannick was an awesome sales rep he helped get me the van I wanted straight up was friendly and always there when we came in no waiting around. Candace in sales helped make the van mine by getting the financing for me she was awesome even found some extra savings. I would definitely recommend this dealership and when I decide to trade this one in down the road I will be back. Best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Keep up the great work guys.

I enjoyed every moment of my experience at South Trail Chrysler! An absolutely beautiful new dealership with great helpful staff and a very positive feel. The salesman I dealt with was fast working and extremely pleasant to talk to. I highly reccomed going to visit Aaron Kerluke if you're interested in a new or used vehicle!

I enjoyed every moment of my experience at South Trail Chrysler! An absolutely beautiful new dealership with great helpful staff and a very positive feel. We're not the type that like going into dealerships but met with Aaron K to try a vehicle we had seen advertised. He took us out for a test drive and answered all of our questions. We were impressed and decided to purchase it. All I have is good things to say about him. He was great going through the purchase negotiations and details. Most importantly, he gave us the space we needed to think and discuss our decisions. The was a miscommunication and issues with another department but Aaron answered my phone calls throughout the process and made sure we were taken care of. From the start he established a great customer relationship. I will recommend him to anyone who needs a vehicle.

I took my vehicle in on Friday because I had 2 flat tires. I requested them to put the tires in my vehicle for insurance purposes. They ordered me 2 new tires and came in on Monday and I received a call in the morning yjat my car car was ready and I could pick it up. I asked if it was washed as South Trail advertises that they wash every service appointment and the 2 times before they did not wash my vehicle. This time i was told it was washed, its not a big thing but please honor what you advertise. Much to my surprise I went to pick up my vehicle and the car was not washed and I noticed on the receipt that the tires were discarded. They fixed this at the time but a customer should not have to ask for something that was advertised. Over all the repairs were completed and in a fast period of time.

I had an awesome experience with South trail crysler. They got me into a truck fast, traded in my suv for a fair trade in value. I got a WAY lower interest rate which is the best part for me. Very satisfied and awesome customer service skills amongst everyone there.

We had a vague idea what we wanted but were "just looking" to start. Brad Shannon asked all the right questions was very attentive and listened to our answers and was able to get us exactly what we needed! Our kids really enjoyed the play area and it was really nice to be able to concentrate on what Brad was saying rather than worrying about my kids terrorizing customers and treating the shiny new cars as play structures. Brad also did not ignore our kids during the test drive he asked them questions and answered theirs. He understood our family dynamic and knowing that we were purchasing a family vehicle included the entire family in the decision. Thank you very much Brad "2 thumbs up" and "10 out of 10".
