I got set up in a new Dodge Ram 1500 Sport, and was helped out by a very informative salesperson named Kent. I did a lot of research and price comparison before I even set foot in the dealership, and he managed to get me set up in a better truck, that fit perfectly into my budget, He advised me what features would be beneficial based on what I would actually USE. He didn't just point at features and say "you need this," he actually asked if I was planning on hauling, using a trailer, how much I was typically carrying, my typical driving habits, and he made suggestions based on my needs, and made sure I'd get the most efficient vehicle in my price range. I have been driving my new truck for 2 days now, and My wife and I both LOVE it! We weren't set on dodge, and had test driven a ford and gmc prior to the Dodge. We found that in our new RAM, the quality is really there. The seats, steering wheel and buttons/knobs feel premium, and high quality. Nothing inside feels cheap or plastic-y which made my decision even easier. They made the whole process very convenient, and the finance department was happy to accommodate my preference of financial institution, and even suggested an insurance broker that beat my existing broker's price! After going in and out of multiple dealerships looking at different trucks, I'm so glad we chose South Trail. I would recommend this dealership, especially Kent, to anybody looking for a new vehicle.

Yannick was an awesome sales rep he helped get me the van I wanted straight up was friendly and always there when we came in no waiting around. Candace in sales helped make the van mine by getting the financing for me she was awesome even found some extra savings. I would definitely recommend this dealership and when I decide to trade this one in down the road I will be back. Best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Keep up the great work guys.

We're not the type that like going into dealerships but met with Aaron K to try a vehicle we had seen advertised. He took us out for a test drive and answered all of our questions. We were impressed and decided to purchase it. All I have is good things to say about him. He was great going through the purchase negotiations and details. Most importantly, he gave us the space we needed to think and discuss our decisions. The was a miscommunication and issues with another department but Aaron answered my phone calls throughout the process and made sure we were taken care of. From the start he established a great customer relationship. I will recommend him to anyone who needs a vehicle.

I took my vehicle in on Friday because I had 2 flat tires. I requested them to put the tires in my vehicle for insurance purposes. They ordered me 2 new tires and came in on Monday and I received a call in the morning yjat my car car was ready and I could pick it up. I asked if it was washed as South Trail advertises that they wash every service appointment and the 2 times before they did not wash my vehicle. This time i was told it was washed, its not a big thing but please honor what you advertise. Much to my surprise I went to pick up my vehicle and the car was not washed and I noticed on the receipt that the tires were discarded. They fixed this at the time but a customer should not have to ask for something that was advertised. Over all the repairs were completed and in a fast period of time.

Worst dealer in calgary!! No resopse from anyone after lodging a complaint. Ill never give them any buisness again.
