Bought my brand new Ram from Brayden in sales. I’ve had such an amazing experience with him talking about the truck and an overall nice guy, you feel like you aren’t being pressured into anything and I highly recommend coming to him. I then spoke with Evan in finance and I also had a great time talking to him, shared laughs and overall had a nice conversation with both Evan and Brayden. Thanks you two!

I bought a new to me suv just before May long weekend. Shannon was my salesman! I previously owned a truck, which I traded in with no lien on it. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted in a SUV so Shannon was very patient with me, answering all my questions, texts and calls. He took the time to work with me and make sure I was happy with finding a vehicle below my trade in value so I didn't need financing, and to boot I came home with $500 extra!! Shannon went above and beyond looking for a vehicle I'd be happy with. The car needed some repairs mechanically, which was done free of charge just after the long weekend. They also threw in an oil change for me! Upon request I also got 4 new tires, free of charge as the back 2 were bald. I'm sure I wasn't the easiest to deal with some days but Shannon was extremely patient with me and made sure I was happy with my purchase!!! My car drives like a dream now!! Thank you so very much Shannon, financing manager, service staff!! Trevor was the mechanic working on my car and he called me a couple times a day while they had my vehicle for repairs to keep me updated on what was done, and to go yet. I really appreciated that!!! They also offered me a loaner car while they had mine, but I didn't need it so I left that for someone else. Thank you Staff @ St.Albert Dodge!!

We bought our Jeep a Jeep!! Our salesperson, Shannon, was fantastic! Shannon was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy! Thanks Shannon! He even gave my son a miniature car to take home. Great experience from start to finish! 5 Stars!

Great customer service. Nick Marando was awesome from finding the truck I was looking for right up until I left the lot with it. Their finance team was awesome as well.
