I received an email from mopar canada service specials. The promotion was peace of mind service special, It's an oil change and a few extra checks for $145 + tax .I brought my dodge grand caravan in to St.Albert Dodge. The bill was over $200, and it didn't make sense. Only after bring up the advertisement did they adjust the price. When I drove away, the van would not upshift and the check engine light came on. I turned around and went back. They said it has a code for trans shaft speed sensor. That's strange, the van has been working fine till I picked it up. Now they want $200 to check it out. The van is not drivable now. Very disappointed. I strongly recommend going elsewhere!

Dean and Nick made getting into my new vehicle super easy! I’ve dealt with St. Albert Dodge for many years and I’ve always received great service from them. I highly recommend them if you're looking to purchase a vehicle.

If i could give 0 starts i would. Just bought a car about a month ago. They reassured me multiple times that the car has been inspected and i wouldnt have to worry about anything. The first thing that I noticed was a weird water sound coming from the front of the vehicle. Then I started to notice the heat wasn't working so I had to go out and buy coolant to put into my vehicle and when I was putting coolant in my vehicle I checked the oil out. I need to have the oil changed (Even though when I talked to the sales guy, he told me that I wouldn't need to change the oil because it Had already been done). Now I have to take my car into a shop because my passenger window wont Stay closed. I had less problems Buying used cars from marketplace than From this dealership. They were happy to take my money when I bought the car But aren't willing to fix it because it's been a month and "took too long to make an appointment to bring it in". Buy a car literally anywhere else.

I had Shannon help me with my vehicle purchase. He was very helpful and stayed within the price that I wanted. He never tried to push me into buying more than what my original budget was. If you're going to this dealership, I would recommend asking for Shannon

Had a terrific experience at St. Albert Dodge. Took care of all of my requests and at the end of the day I got into what I wanted and drove it off the lot the same day. The environment there is amazing and everyone is very friendly and respectful! I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking to get into a new vehicle!

Kurtus at st Albert dodge , because he's the real deal! This guy knows how to treat customers right. He's super friendly, patient, and never pushy. He took the time also the financial guy even was asome he was super helpful and friendly people go see them ther great and very helpful we were happy with our buy.

From our of town and my truck broke down. I had it towed in after closing on Thursday and they had it ready for me to pick up at 13:30 the next day
