Andrew Nazaruk (Sales Manager) & Cole Julien (Financial Services Managers) did everything within his power to fix serious errors and stupidity created by the Honda Corporate Finance Team. I have been a loyal Honda Customer and a loyal Palladino Honda customer since 1988 ! ! I think this is my 7 or 8th new Honda purchase (I think). The staff at Palladino Honda in Sudbury are awesome, they actually appreciate loyal customers and make sure issues are resolved to a mutual satisfaction. The Corporate Honda Finance Department where ever they exist, not so much. They have no idea what loyalty is or how to treat long time customers with respect and dignity. I really think they need to better understand the business they are in! Never been treated so badly!! But as usual Palladino Honda staff Andrew & Cole made it right and ensured they would keep their customer, not abandon them as Honda Finance wanted to to. Thanks a lot, GREAT JOB!!!

Jayson was very knowledgeable and informative of the automotive industry and was a great help in purchasing my First Honda vehicle. In a span of one week Jayson helped me go from not knowing exactly what car I was looking for to having the keys in my hand of a car that was exactly what I was looking for.

Needs were met. Oil change and inspections were done promptly. I had needed a ride to and from my work while my vehicle was being serviced. They were very accommodating and provided me with a shuttle service. Very courteous and pleasant. explained services done and also advised me on things that will be needed in the future (example: my tires are starting to wear) Proper servicing is very important to me and I am very pleased with what I've received so far.
