Great Staff & Great Service

I have been a loyal Palladino Honda customer since 1988 and have purchased numerous new accords. The service has always been amazing and when there were issues, they were resolved quickly to our mutual satisfaction. Great Job!!!

2001Honda Accord ventilation system invaded by rotting rodents. Disgusting smell. Service person, Bradley. very pleasant and helpful. Car returned to me with new fan motor and smelling clean, Highly recommend your establishment

We arrived in Sudbury with a burnt headlight. I would like to thank the employee in the Parts department for his excellent customer service yesterday. He was kind enough to installed a headlight bulb for us right away at no extra charge. Thanks again!
