Palladino Honda is always very efficient, friendly and most accommodating. I never take my Honda anywhere else to get serviced I even bought my car there. I'm a customer for life.

My recent experience with Palladino Honda was like a roller coaster, it had its ups and downs but ultimately left my quite satisfied. It began with an unidentified noise in the front end of my 2013 CR-V. The service department assessed my vehicle almost immediately after I called regarding the issue, and informed me that I would need new brakes on all four wheels. I purchased the vehicle new, and this was my first required "wear and tear" servicing; therefore, I respected the findings of the repair specialists. The dealership wanted $1100 to service the vehicle, and sadly, I do not have that kind of money for a break job. They informed me that it would not be detrimental to my Honda Plus warranty if the servicing was done elsewhere, so I elected to do so. I bring my CR-V to my mechanic three days later (Saturday), where my mechanic informs me he cannot repair my vehicle as the dealership stripped the lock nut key on one of my vehicle's lock nuts. I immediately brought it to Palladino Honda, where they drove me to Enterprise and rented me a vehicle on their dime. The next Friday, I receive my vehicle. Palladino Honda covered all costs, and also changed my oil for free for the inconvenience. I was grateful. Monday comes, and I get my breaks changed. The sound remains, and I become upset. Tuesday morning, I go into the dealership, and my frustration got the best of me. I flew off the handle, and got upset with my favorite service representative Bradley. I was rude, and some may say disrespectful. Nonetheless, Bradley and my salesman Jason (along with the sales manager Lee) get my vehicle assessed immediately, and the service technician determines that the after market breaks installed on my CR-V had two metal tabs that were rubbing on my new roter. Not only did Palladino Honda repair this defect, but did so free of charge. Since purchasing my vehicle, I have always dealt with Bradley. He, along with my salesman Jason, are the two sole reasons why I'd return to purchase my next vehicle at Palladino Honda. They are ideal representations of true quality customer service specialist, and Palladino Honda would be a different business without those two, who are willing to do anything to satisfy their clients! Great job guys, you nailed and then some!

Recall evaluation on 2014 CRV. Dropped keys in overnight box and car was ready when I arrived to pick up. Service Rep gave a good explanation of why the car was recalled and that no issues were discovered with the vehicle.

Great salesman. He did everything in order too ensure, that I got the car I wanted. At first it seemed like I wouldn't be able too get approved on The Honda Cevic EX 2013. But he really worked hard and did everything in his power in order to get the car of my dreams. Excellent salesmen I would recommend him too my friends and family. Thank you!

Work was completed on time and service person was good but the parking lot is difficult to find parking to drop offrom vehicle and I was boxed in and had to wait to get my vehicle out. Parking assigned for customers must be better managed I've been boxed in before as well.
