Goons at the Jonker trying to charge a friend for two repairs even though the first didn’t fix the problem. Place is a literal rip off. Service department needs to upgrade they’re policies to something past baboons on banana boat.

Got monkeys workin in the service department. My buddy brings his civic in for a tire repair, friggin drives for 5 minutes after and the tires flat. Junker buddies are saying he got another puncture in the same tire immediately after leaving the dealership. Hilarious LOL.

The service was excellent. It was completed an hour sooner than first suggested, and the cost was well under the original estimate. In addition, while they had to order in the part, it was there within one day, and replacement scheduled within 3 days
