Had very pleasant visit at Jonker Honda. Needed to do recall on US car. From the very initial call service was superb. The lady on the phone, believe har name is Kayla, was very helpful and willing to go extra mile to accommodate an American car which took some extra steps. When came to shop was treated very well. Job was done promptly and no hard sale attempts of any kind were made. Meanwhile had some time to wander around looking at new cars and salesman answered all my questions very politely knowing full well I’m not going to buy a new car. I definitely would visit them again. As a matter of fact will go there soon with my other Honda.

I have been going to this Honda dealership for 12 years and have always received great service. Love the drive in service doors, the shuttle, and I always feel confident in my car when leaving this dealership.

Called Honda on Thursday July 25th and got talking to a service advisor, she was super nice, she was able to book me a service appointment on my Honda to have its recall addressed the next day, right away without hesitation. Overall good experience with Jonker Honda, no complaints whatsoever. Very professional and great customer service!
