Called Honda on Thursday July 25th and got talking to a service advisor, she was super nice, she was able to book me a service appointment on my Honda to have its recall addressed the next day, right away without hesitation. Overall good experience with Jonker Honda, no complaints whatsoever. Very professional and great customer service!

Jones Honda Service is friendly and well organized. If the cashier doesn’t know the answer to my question they quickly consult with the mechanics to find the answer.

I’ve dealt with a lot of dealerships, and this is one of the only ones that sticks to the time quoted - and their prices aren’t as inflated as other dealerships I’ve dealt with. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Fast and easy to deal with. There's a little bit of upsell on the service but its for the good of the car. Knowledgeable service personnel. Took it down to 3 stars. Upon picking up the car the service advisor directed me to another service advisor for payment. So I'm waiting...meanwhile the previous service advisor grabs someone from the waiting area and processes the payment ahead of me. Also..too much upselling on services. I can see that would work on noobs but I know alot of DIY stuff so dont humour me....I know more than the service advisors.
