Purchased my second vehicle yesterday from St.Albert dodge. I made the decision to buy from Johnathan Doucette again due to the exceptional customer service I received after the sale of the first truck I purchased from him. I would highly recommend Johnathan to anybody in the market for a new vehicle, very easy to do business and fairly negotiate with.

Just recently moved to St. Albert we’ve been a dodge family all our lives and it’s nice having St. Albert dodge so close to home. Just wanna say special shoutout to Steven at the parts counter and the service team for always taking care of us and our precious vehicles when it comes to parts fluids warranty work service work etc. great team! Me and my family feel good leaving our vehicles in there hands! Can’t wait to buy our next vehicle from here! We love our Mopar's! Update I want to express my gratitude and appreciation for the service and parts department. I would list everyone's names but I only remember Steve from parts he is awesome! Everyone in service is amazing! always greeting with a smile always happy to help always go above and beyond to make sure customers arrive and leave happy. Its hard to find places with employees and teams like this that work so hard to give the customers the amazing service they receive I am so happy to have them so close to home. - there techs do awesome work - very efficient - friendly - treat your vehicles with care and respect - always updating me on work being performed - stand behind there work - loaner vehicles are always clean and nice - flexible times - clean and well up kept facility I could keep going! The best dodge dealer I've ever been to. Our next vehicle will be bought from here!

I brought my truck in for routine scheduled by appointment maintenance Oil change (part of my package), 4 new tires to be mounted and balanced ($189) I get the Toyo tires wholesale from a friend, I also had the change the 2 diesel fuel filters ( I normally do it myself in 40 min, but hey I was there for the oil change and tire mounting anyway . I told them I will wait (first one there at 7:00am) Guy says it will take 2 hours... ok maybe they're a little behind from the day before.. but now 5 hours later I get my truck, so besides having to wait 3 extra hours with no explanation or a hint of an apology, I look at the bill, I get charged an hour labour for the fuel filter install, ($195) plus because I brought my own fuel filters which I always do I buy them in bulk, they charged me an additional $60 shop charge….never seen that before. I purchased my last two new diesel trucks from them, but I have noticed that service has been getting worse each visit, It’s time to buy and get my next vehicle serviced at a different Dodge dealership. It’s like buying insurance if you don’t switch it up every so often, the service gets worse and the costs keep going up.
